Ingredients
1 cup long grain rice
1 can beef broth
1 can beef consumme
½ stick butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put all ingredients into a buttered baking dish and bake 40-45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve. This is also good with sausage of your choice. Just brown it in a skillet and dump the pieces on top after it’s done. A meal in itself!!
I know this recipe is really short, but it really easy to do and it’s good. Enjoy.
