AU Spicy Queso Dip

“Wake Up Tigers it’s Gameday! There’s no better way to start a Saturday Tradition than with your very own AU Spicy Queso! This recipe is a sure fired way to wake up the house, wake up the senses, and get a “WAR DAMN THAT’S GOOD” out of your guests.”


AU Spicy Queso Dip
2 lbs. Velveeta® cheese, chunked
3 colves garlic, minced
½ jar (4 ounces)pimentos diced
1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
½ jar smoked tomato salsa
Salt & Pepper to taste
Tobasco sauce to taste
Tortilla chips


In a double boiler or Crock Pot, combine cheese, garlic, pimentos, and jalapeño and melt. When melted, stir in salsa and season with salt, pepper and Tobasco. Serve with Tortilla chips.
